It’s time for a change. It’s time to take control of your body, boost your energy, and develop the strength and stability you deserve. That’s why I created Shape at Home—a program that combines strength training, stabilization, mobility, and technique. Everything you need to move better, feel stronger, and achieve sustainable results.

This program is ideal for both beginners and more experienced trainees, as it’s built on the principle of progressive overload and smart progression. It develops movement skills, builds a strong core, improves posture, and increases functional strength—the kind we use every day in real-life movements, not just in the gym.

🔥 What does the program include?

The program is structured in a clear sequence to deliver maximum results in optimal time:

1. Dynamic warm-up
Prepares the body, activates the muscles, and improves mobility. This is the foundation—without it, training cannot be safe or effective.

2. Core strengthening and balance
Here we activate the stabilizing muscles responsible for control, good posture, and injury prevention. A strong core means better technique and greater strength.

3. Technique development (Skill Development)
The focus is on proper movement execution. This improves motor skills, squat depth, shoulder stability, and overall body control.

4. Strength circuits (Resistance Training)
This is where the main work happens—full-body functional exercises organized in circuits that build strength, tone the muscles, and improve endurance. This is where real change is made.

5. Optional high-intensity finisher (Fat Burn)
A short but effective block for additional calorie burn and a metabolic boost.

6. Cool-down and stretching
Quality stretching supports recovery, improves flexibility, and helps prevent post-workout soreness.
