
✅ A few words about my training approach…
I combine different training styles and alternate the phases of the American OPT™ model – Optimum Performance Training Model. It is structured as a five-phase progression, and these phases can be alternated within a week, a month, or a three-month period, depending on the program.
The model is designed to develop flexibility, muscular and aerobic endurance, balance, core stabilization, strength, and explosiveness. It has been laboratory-tested and proven effective for both athletes and non-professional trainees.
The duration of my workouts varies according to the trainee’s goals and fitness level — from 12 to 50 minutes per day.
We will work through an app, which you download after purchasing a package of your choice and install on your phone. This app will be your direct connection to me — your personal trainer.

Start your workout and follow the instructions. Each exercise comes with a video demonstration, guidance for proper form, the number of repetitions, and rest time between sets. Integrate your fitness band or smartwatch (if you use one) during the workout for more precise feedback and analysis. Follow the instructions carefully to maintain proper form while performing the exercises.
